Ciflower Shanghai supports importers, distributors and brand owners with end-to-end OEM and custom manufacturing: we develop the mesh, knit the fabric on our own 45-foot (13.7 m) Raschel looms, finish it to your specification, pack it under your brand and export it directly from Shanghai. Because we build and maintain our own machinery, a new shade rate, colour or mesh density can be prototyped quickly instead of waiting on an outside mill.
What We Do for Buyers
1. Specification Development
Send the target application, climate, crop or end use. We translate it into a workable specification: shade rate, GSM, mesh density, yarn type, width, colour and edge finish. If you already have a competitor sample, we can match it and quote the equivalent construction.
2. Sampling and Trial Orders
We supply sample swatches and accept trial orders before container volumes. Samples let you verify shade rate, colour, hand feel and UV performance with your own customers, and our 3,000 kg daily output keeps trial lead times short.
3. OEM Production Under Your Brand
We knit, hem, grommet, roll and pack to your requirement, including printed labels, header cards, branded cartons and retail-ready roll lengths. OEM warp knitted mesh fabric is produced under customer brands for distributors and retail chains.
4. Loom and Machinery Supply
In addition to netting, we design and manufacture Raschel warp knitting machines in China — including our 45-foot wide loom — and have exported looms to Vietnam and Indonesia since 2005. Buyers building their own netting production can purchase machines, commissioning support and operator guidance from us.
5. Export, Documentation and Inspection
We handle export documentation, packing lists, test reports and shipment coordination from Shanghai. Third-party inspection is welcome at our facility, and every batch is checked for shade rate, GSM and mesh density under our ISO 9001 quality system before it leaves the plant.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order for OEM production?
MOQ depends on shade rate, width, colour and packing. Custom colours and printed packaging carry a higher minimum than standard black or green netting. Send the specification and we will confirm the exact MOQ.
Can you match a sample we already have?
Yes. Send a physical sample or clear photos with dimensions and shade rate, and we will identify the closest construction and quote it. Where an exact match is not possible on our looms, we will say so rather than substitute a different product.
Do you support private label packaging?
Yes. We pack under customer brands with printed labels, header cards and cartons, and can produce retail-ready roll lengths for distributors and garden retail chains.
Can we visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Our facility is at 9 Hufan Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, and we welcome customer visits and third-party inspection at any stage of production.
